Sukesh TM is an accomplished Director of Technology at Radisys Corporation, with over 23 years of experience in the tech industry. He is a visionary and customer-centric leader who possesses the skills required to build high-performing teams, develop and implement business strategies, and build innovative products. Sukesh is a self-driven, curious, forward-thinker, and open-minded individual who is always striving to achieve his goals. Sukesh has a proven track record of successful leadership, having led a 150+ membered multi-cultural team across the US, Korea, India, China, and Poland, where he commercialized Samsung's first voice assistant phone. He is currently building a team AI and ML framework for multimedia at Radisys. Sukesh has also built a highly competitive 80-member multimedia team from scratch for Samsung, which delivered multimedia solutions across all Samsung Android phones. He has also revived the Bluetooth team, which was at the verge of closing and transformed it into a highly performing team. Sukesh is an entrepreneur at heart and has co-founded ARENS, a one-stop solution for coffee. He has also commissioned S-Voice Assistant in China, US, and South Korean markets and developed BLE SDK for 3rd Party developers, enabling 1300 companies to develop apps for Samsung. Sukesh has won the High-Performance award continuously for six years at Samsung India and has contributed to the Khronos Group for open-source OpenMax IL component development. Sukesh has worked with notable companies such as Borqs and Samsung, where he held the positions of Sr Principal Engineer and Engineering Group Manager, respectively. He has developed and implemented strategies aligned with organizational goals, created roadmaps, mentored team members, built a camera team from scratch, and commercialized camera and tune camera for all the phones and IOT devices owned by Borqs on Qualcomm and MTK platforms. Sukesh has owned CN Locale and commercialized S-Voice for China and supported S-Voice for other cultures at Samsung. He has also built low energy Bluetooth team and first to commercialize BLE stack on the Android platform. Sukesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and completed the Postgraduate program in data science and machine learning from the University of Chicago Graham School. He is well-versed in AI, Android, ML, product management, and mobile technologies and has relevant experience of 19.71 years.
