She has also worked as Regional HR and Campus SPOC with Jaro Education Ltd, where she was responsible for Recruitment, T & D, and Employee Relations. Sukirti holds a degree in EDHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of Co-operative & Corporate Management, Research & Training (ICCMRT), Lucknow. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Isabella Thoburn P.G. College.
