She has been supervising a B2B business, where they own the franchise of various companies like VLCC, ColorBar, etc., and supply their more than 50 types of products to the market. Sukrati has led a team of 8 people and handled daily business operations like collecting orders from clients and updating the stock as per their requirements, daily cash inflow and outflow, etc. She has also examined and managed the stock of items as per the market's demand and trends, using Excel for better analysis and visualization of sales, supply, and demand data.
