Sukruta Kulkarni is a seasoned consultant with 5 years of experience in the GRC platform. She has a strong technical background in Oracle SQL and UNIX, as well as a good understanding of Case Management tools. Sukruta has worked with MetricStream (eGRC) and has sound knowledge of UAT (testing - Smoke, Sanity). She has constantly aided customers across the globe in fixing errors and creating change requests (CR) for new functionality and Incident Tickets. Sukruta has also been involved in managing and hosting customers, managing servers, and their databases. Currently, Sukruta works as a Consultant at Capgemini, where she continues to apply her expertise in GRC platforms and assists clients in solving errors and bugs. Previously, she worked as a Quality Analyst (AVANTIS) at teamlease.com and as a Software Engineer (MetricStream) at Birlasoft. At Birlasoft, Sukruta was the single person to handle the task of providing assistance and support to Synchrony Financial MetricStream clients. She was involved in Test Plan with Agile Methodology by performing Functional, System, UAT. She performed Regression testing from scratch after every cycle release and created manual components and wrote Test scripts. Sukruta also prepared and executed SQL queries to verify target data and interacted with development teams to resolve issues. She has strong experience in Test Case Preparation, execution, and reporting issues from HP ALM. Sukruta holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from GOVINDRAM SEKSARIA SCIENCE COLLEGE, BELAGAVI (PG) and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sikkim Manipal University.
