Sulekha Metta is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the industry. Currently working at Microsoft, Sulekha is responsible for the development of Yard Management Systems (YMS), a mobile application that oversees the movement of trucks and trailers in the yard of a manufacturing facility. She is a key member of the team and interacts regularly with Business Analysts to clarify and modify requirements, as well as running weekly meetings to review the work of other developers. Sulekha's expertise lies in Java, JDBC, OAF, Mobile ADF, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle DB, and SQLiteDB. Prior to joining Microsoft, she worked at Oracle as a Senior Application Engineer, where she was responsible for the development of Inventory for Oracle E-Business Suite. She was the point of contact for the entire Logistics division of Oracle on the development of mobile applications. She has also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Trendyworks Technologies Pvt Ltd, where she developed animated videos using Action Script-3 for Trendy Works Pvt. Ltd, which helped many school-going kids to understand basic concepts in Math and Physics by visualizing them. Sulekha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software from the University College of Engineering, Osmania University, and has completed her Intermediate education from Sri Chaitanya College.
