Suman Mandal is a highly motivated working professional with over 4 years of experience in product management, business development, and digital marketing. He has also worked as an Assistant Manager of “E-Learning Product Expert” at e-GMAT where he led a team of E-Learning developers and graphic designers to design and modify courses. He was responsible for wireframing and UI/UX finalization for all the online tools designed to enhance student experience. He launched the first-ever computer adaptive mock test, increasing the revenue by 77% and developed highly engaged courses for online classes which increased CSAT score to 80%. At iVyoma, Suman is leading a team of 10 Product Managers and Operations & Sales Executives. He actively takes part in strategy discussions to find solutions to business problems. He collaborates and works as a POC for all external stakeholders and defines OKRs for different products with the team. He has implemented automation for various operational activities to reduce effort by 70% and double the effectiveness. He is responsible for writing SOP documents and investing in building people's capability by guiding them towards the right training programs. He takes entrepreneurial decisions and ideates new products and services for the benefit of the customers. He has single-handedly managed various marketing campaigns and drives hiring, interviews, and onboarding training. Suman has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from KGEc and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from IIT Roorkee.
