Sumana B is an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in people, communication, and analytical skills. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from B N M Institute of Technology, Bangalore. Currently, Sumana is a Founding Member and TA & HR at Stable Money, where she is building the founding team. She actively sources Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and Leadership roles, and contributes towards hiring pipeline planning and talent gap forecasting. Sumana leads the end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial candidate assessment to final offer management. She ensures employment branding, referral contribution, and smooth onboarding for the candidates. She also collaborates with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance and have closure within the agreed TATs. Prior to joining Stable Money, Sumana worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Talentxo (previously Crewkarma) and as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Frontrow. At Talentxo, she was responsible for understanding clients' requirements for different Strategic Design & Creative Positions for small and large startups, global companies, design agencies, and creative studios across India. At Frontrow, she pioneered Technical and Non-Technical recruitment by actively sourcing candidates via Job Boards, Networking Sites & references using LinkedIn, Employee Referral System, etc. Sumana has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Surana College. Her tech stack includes QA, and she has 3.77 years of relevant experience. Sumana is a skilled recruiter and has a good network with the industry for hiring tools outside the conventional sources to attract passive talents. She closely monitors industry trends, tracks data to bring appropriate changes to the recruitment process in a timely manner.
