Currently serving as General Manager at Louvre Hotels Group - Golden Tulip Salt Lake, Sumanta has previously worked as General Manager at Thomas Cook Sterling Holidays GOA and Ramada Khajuraho of Wyndham Group of Hotels. Sumanta is an expert in hotel quality analysis, SOP development, pre-opening and business development strategies, and food and beverage management. He is also a motivational speaker and corporate hospitality trainer. Sumanta brings in the best work experiences and proficient hands in the industry, with a focus on transparency and perfection in the arena of work. In his current role, Sumanta is responsible for pre-opening, opening, business development, reputation management, SOP development and implementation, training and recruitment, IDS coalesce, profit center, business development, market analysis, F&B, and operation promo with excellence in service.
