Currently, she works as a Senior Software Engineer at Opendoor where she continues to develop her skills and expertise in the field. Sumedha has worked as a Software Engineer at Box, where she was a Full Stack Engineer on the Content Experience Team. She has extensive experience in both the backend and front-end teams that power Box's preview features. She was the lead engineer on the Box Annotations project, which enables a deeper level of collaboration by allowing users to highlight text in files, draw on top of and add comments to specific parts of a file preview. Sumedha has also been a member of the team that built and maintains Box Preview and various React components within Box UI Elements. In addition to her technical skills, Sumedha has also been a Social Chair for Box Women in Tech. She has a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry.
