Sumedha Sinha is a proactive professional with 5 years of experience in quality assurance, root cause analysis, and client-centric work. She is currently serving her notice period as a Team Lead at Wipro Limited, where she works on cloud platform services. Sumedha is a certified Scrum Master and uses this technique along with her current role in the project. Sumedha has worked as a Technical Team Lead in the Cloud operations project in Charles Schwab account, where she was responsible for maintaining the cloud platform that hosts 600+ applications in production as well as non-production environments. Sumedha is also SPLUNK certified and used this tool to set up alerts on the load and traffic consumption on particular servers and health check of all the applications. She successfully migrated all the applications to the IaaS platform, providing improved functionalities to the team in all environments. Before this, Sumedha worked as an L3 Application Support Analyst at Wipro, where she was responsible for ensuring the end-to-end trade flows. She was the foremost point of contact for issues in the entire chain and liaised between IT services, clients, and downstream applications whenever required to facilitate smooth functioning of the business. Sumedha has a Master of Technology in Information technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's in Computer Application from Banasthali University. She completed her high school and intermediate education from Krishna Niketan and school education from St. Joseph's School. She has a relevant experience of 3.44 years in the tech stack of QA.
