Currently, Sumeet is responsible for applying NLP technologies to organize and automate complex Contact Center operations at Level AI. Prior to joining Level AI, Sumeet worked as a Software Engineer at Facebook, where he developed infra components for the core Ads Services. Before Facebook, Sumeet was a Member of Technical Staff (Tech Lead) at Bloomreach, where he developed a platform to import complex, heterogeneous catalogs from over 100 enterprise accounts. He was also responsible for operating the cloud clusters used by catalog and indexing services. Sumeet holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, with a Minor in Math from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He also has an MSCS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
