Sumeet Malik is the Founder and CEO of Pepcoding, a company that aims to create lifelong learners who are capable of solving problems and who love to solve problems. With over 14 years of experience in the tech industry, Sumeet is passionate about solving the problem of efficient learning. Sumeet has donned different hats in his career, including that of a leader, manager, teacher, content creator on YouTube, salesman, and marketer of ideas. All of this is directed at one thing: to help the current generation become better learners than the generation gone by. For now, Sumeet is focusing on programming, but he aspires to solve the problem of efficient learning in all domains, which helps people become creative and efficient in delivering services and products. Through Pepcoding, Sumeet and his team have been working on upskilling students with their coding skills. They deliver their services in their classroom center in Pitampura, Delhi, and zoom for online purposes. They have also built a very robust YouTube channel where they share all their content, in 100% completeness, entirely free of charge. The channel has exceptional content on DSA, Web Dev, and CORE subjects. Besides that, they also have roadmaps and stories of successful students and sometimes a little productivity hack. Sumeet's past experience includes working as an Associate Team Lead at Nagarro, where he started as a Web Developer and worked on an ASP.Net MVC application for a year. He transitioned from a developer to a teaching role when he led the "fresher training team" in Nagarro. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Avalon Information Systems, where he worked on an XML-based framework for exchanging data called SDMX. Sumeet holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Punjab Engineering College. His tech stack includes Web, dotNET, ASP.NET, and Software Engineer. Sumeet is passionate about creating the best talent who is daring to learn new stuff, solve amazing problems, and be passionate about learning. He dreams of creating a commune where people live on the campus and spend their time doing simply two things - learning and teaching via the internet.
