Sumeet Tiwari is a Lead Engineer with a passion for building media platforms and libraries, including audio and video SFU, MCU servers, decoding and encoding, and best effort video delivery. With extensive experience in audio and video processing, network architecture, analysis, and debugging, Sumeet is interested in building AI products around voice and video, including ASR systems, video processing pipelines, and E2E deployment of AI solutions at scale. Currently working as a Full Stack Developer at novanet, Sumeet is responsible for server-side management and development of cloud contact centers, as well as the development of real-time call and queue systems in NodeJS. Sumeet has also developed the contact center solution from scratch using nodejs and socketio and integrated CRMs like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, and Jira with the contact center solution. With previous experience as a Full Stack Developer at tlkn® and Lead Software Engineer at samespace, Sumeet has a strong track record of building and managing server-side applications, including media servers such as Freeswitch, Janus, Kurento, and Pion implementations, as well as SIP/PSTN gateways and protocols such as ICE, RTP, SRTP, RTCP, WebRTC, STUN, and TURN. Sumeet also has experience in speech recognition (ASR) using Kaldi-ASR, Deepspeech, Nvidia RIVA, Nvidia Triton, Nvidia Deepstream, and GStreamer, and has developed real-time call routing systems, ACD, and media exchange systems in Golang. Sumeet holds a Bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and completed his Intermediate education from FIITJEE Junior College Saifabad, Hyderabad.
