Sumi Jain is a seasoned Strategy Consultant with over 4 years of experience in Product Roadmap planning and Consulting across various industries such as Hospitality, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Real Estate, and Automotive. She has a strong background in new product conceptualization and developments, cost optimization, revenue maximization, business KPI & dashboard management, process improvement, project management, annual business planning, and service pricing models. Sumi is an Engineering graduate with majors in Information Systems and minors in Finance from BITS Pilani. Currently, she is working as Senior Manager for Global Strategy and Supply at OYO, where she is responsible for Product Strategy for Global supply with a primary focus on cost and margins. She is also driving business strategy projects for Global supply & margins to drive a sustainable revenue share for OYO. In her previous role as Manager for Process Excellence and Supply at OYO, Sumi built and optimized processes through automation & analytics. She also led key projects, including a cyclical analysis of the portfolio properties to identify which properties are CM depletive and across what levers, supported renegotiation of over 5000 properties PAN India to have an overall impact worth INR 5 Crores by reducing losses & increasing revenue share. Prior to OYO, Sumi worked as a Consultant at Manthan Advisors, where she designed long-term & market entry strategies, pricing models, cost optimization frameworks by setting up Business Analytics, Strategy KPIs & Dashboards for clients across DISCOM, Healthcare, Real Estate, Automotive, Stainless Steel, Theatre Chains & E-Commerce. Sumi's educational background includes an Engineer's Degree in MSC Tech Information Systems from BITS Pilani. She also attended Rajeev Gandhi Higher Secondary School Bhopal (M.P.) and Trinity Convent Senior Secondary School Vidisha (M.P.). In total, she has 6.87 years of relevant experience.
