Sumidha Singh is a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer with over 4 years of relevant experience in the field. She is currently employed at HCL Technologies, where she is responsible for the technical analysis of everyday issues or defects raised by customers using Mitel Networks Kanata products. She is also engaged in taking different types of customer meetings to understand their needs. Sumidha is a graduate of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, where she obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She also has a background in PCM from Delhi Public School Noida and Bal Bharati Public School Noida. During her time at HCL, Sumidha was a trainee and went through sessions of coding development and personality development. She also had different skill check sessions every week to ensure that she was dedicated every other day. As a summer intern at Best Barcode System Pvt. Ltd., Sumidha gained knowledge related to different types of barcodes and how they are scanned using barcode scanners. She also acquired knowledge about RFID chips and tags, which are now used in Fast Tags at various expressways, and how the data is deciphered using them. Sumidha is an expert in implementing each step of a project and possesses strong organizational skills. She is also highly skilled in working with people and has excellent leadership skills.
