Currently, he is a Member Of Technical Staff at Nutanix, where he is part of the Distributed Data Fabric team that is responsible for the development of a NoSQL distributed data fabric for processing configuration and time-series data with support for distributed caching, SQL-like querying, notifications, and replication built on top of Distributed Columnar and Key Value Database for persistence. Sumit is proficient in a wide range of programming languages and technologies, including Golang, Python, Java, C, C++, React, NodeJS, Microservices, Kubernetes, Distributed Systems, and Distributed Databases. He has also worked with SQL, NoSQL, and other software engineering tools and frameworks. In his previous roles, Sumit has worked as an MTS Intern at Nutanix and an SDE Intern at Amazon. He has gained valuable experience in software engineering, distributed systems, and cloud computing, among other areas.
