Prior to joining Springboard, Sumit worked as a Software Engineer at EMSI Burning Glass, where he was involved in developing resume and posting parsing packages for different locales and operating systems. He also played a key role in enhancing the API by integrating new features from internal teams and adding Java components/microservices to improve parsing quality. Sumit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from NIT Sikkim, where he gained a strong foundation in software engineering and machine learning.
