Sumit Chhabra is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. He is currently leading the effort in Postorder customer experience management, Returns reduction, and curbing Fraud across the value chain at Ajio, the Fashion and Lifestyle E-Commerce Brand and Platform owned by Reliance Retail Limited. Sumit is a champion in the Hybrid model serving both online and offline experiences with assorted Indian and International Brands. Sumit's experience has been shaped by his previous roles at BirdEye and Sprinklr. At BirdEye, he led the Listings, Social, and Reviews product lines, which covered the Business's customers' complete online journey from Social media or Online search, Online interaction to Customer feedback loop about Business's services. He developed BirdEye's own Social media management platform from the ground up to help Businesses manage their complete Customer service, Marketing, and Lead Generation via Social media channels. This new Product line helped BirdEye achieve true Product diversification and provided a new revenue source from new as well as existing customers. At Sprinklr, Sumit worked with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to facilitate and manage multiple closely coupled Sprinklr Product lines catering to more than 650 Brands and Enterprises across the globe. He co-steered with Product Owners to drive Product roadmap and prioritization based upon Product’s growth, Customer commitments, or Competitive parity. He was responsible for end-to-end deliveries and overseeing Sprinklr's Integrations with Social channels and other CRM or 3rd party Apps. Sumit has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from BITS Pilani and an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from LNCT. His technical skills include product management, search, and QA. Sumit is a quick learner and has learned the nuances of a B2C business and Fashion E-Commerce Industry in a short span at Ajio. He has translated these learnings into specific solutions targeted at improving the customer experience, helping the bottom line of the Org, and safeguarding the platform from fraudulent customers. Sumit utilizes experimentation and other tactics to reduce unknowns and to reduce development and market risks.
