Sumit is a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently working as an SDE3 at Walmart, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining complex software systems. Prior to joining Walmart, Sumit worked at Publicis Sapient as a Platform Engineer, where he gained extensive experience in Openbanking payments. Sumit's previous experience also includes working at Directi as a Lead Developer, where he was responsible for building and maintaining the backend platform for payment systems. He worked on various projects, including building a search tool for Sodexo, migrating 4.5 million users from YSE, and implementing features such as card coupon expiry, inactivity, and insufficient fee modules. Sumit also monitored continuous transaction dashboards and built some of the dashboards in Kibana. Sumit's technical skills are extensive, and he is proficient in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, MySQL, Cassandra, Jenkins, MSSQL, Elastic Search, VueJS, and more. He has experience in developing microservices, integrating systems, and building backend systems for mobile and web applications.
