Sumit Kumar is a highly experienced Realtime Engineer at Observe.AI. He has a strong background in backend development and AWS technologies, and is well-versed in the latest techniques and approaches in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). Sumit is responsible for the implementation and deployment of systems for data collection, machine learning model training, and deployment of machine learning models, as well as enterprise grade data platform architecture and development. As a Founding Engineer at Observe.AI, Sumit has played a key role in the development of the company's innovative AI-powered voice AI platform. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at the same company, where he honed his skills in AI, ML, and NLP. Sumit has also worked as a Software Engineer 2 at Intuit, where he was responsible for the integration of Google SSO with Intuit's Identity platform, as well as the integration of OAuth Platforms of financial institutions to provide direct connectivity for Intuit products to get data from FIs. He also worked on scalability for onboarding different FIs. Sumit holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, as well as a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science & Engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee. He has also completed his schooling from Karan Public School. Sumit's expertise in AI, ML, NLP, AWS, Backend, Research Scientist, Integration, Software Engineer, and infra, coupled with his relevant experience of 9.12 years, make him a valuable asset to any organization.
