Sumit Singhal is a Technical Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in the field of Data Science, Blockchain, and Product Management. He is a Polymath with a diverse range of skills and expertise in multiple domains. Currently, he is working at blueconch technologies - ust global portfolio company as a Project Manager, where he handles multiple projects and teams in the E-commerce domain. Sumit is responsible for reviewing project status, identifying possible risk areas, and working with stakeholders in risk management activities. He defines and implements processes suitable for the projects, maintains time parameters and quality standards, and adjusts project plans to account for dynamic targets, staffing changes, managing resources, and operational specifications. He works with senior leadership to analyze data, identify action items, and prepare measurement reports. Sumit also interacts with clients, understands their requirements, and leads the team in performing project life-cycle activities.
