Sumit Sinha is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working at Atlassian, a leading software company, where he holds the same position. Sumit is a highly skilled engineer who has worked on various projects and technologies throughout his career. Prior to joining Atlassian, Sumit worked as a Senior Software Engineer at BrowserStack, where he played a crucial role in improving the company's Live product. He was responsible for driving projects and keeping the product overall up and healthy. Sumit also developed a critical component of WebRTC - Signalling Server and created the recommendation system for Live based on BigQuery. Additionally, he conducted research around user perception of accuracy of the product. Before BrowserStack, Sumit worked as a Software Engineer at BookMyShow, where he was involved in engineering and development for Music (Jukebox). He built and designed data analytics system for the same and previously worked in development & integrations for International operations. Sumit has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Babu Banarasi Das Northern India Institute of Technology, Lucknow.
