Sumitra Narayanan is a seasoned Customer Success professional with over 8 years of experience in the industry. As the Senior Customer Success Manager at LinearB, she is responsible for leading and building the Customer Success organization from the ground up. Sumitra's day-to-day involves onboarding, training, and nurturing a solid portfolio of customers, defining and establishing trial and post-sale Customer Success processes, defining KPIs and OKRs for the Customer Success org, hiring and managing the team, partnering with Support Engineering to resolve customer issues, working closely with Product to influence the customer-facing product roadmap, and collaborating with Marketing to produce customer case studies. Prior to joining LinearB, Sumitra was a Senior Manager of Customer Success at CleverTap, where she was responsible for driving customer engagement and retention. She was also a Founding Contributor at CS Insider, a one-stop platform for curated Customer Success resources for busy professionals. Sumitra holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Computer Software Systems) from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SRM University. She is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
