He is currently working at Voiceplug.ai as an ML Engineer, where he has been involved in developing domain-based chatbots using various open-source NLP techniques and creating machine learning models for chatbots. Sumitraj has a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Chatbot development. He is a skilled RASA Developer and has worked extensively on Intent identification and entity recognition models for the travel domain. He has also implemented processing large data sets to NLP computation and trained various algorithms to identify intent with just a single click. Prior to joining Voiceplug.ai, Sumitraj has worked with Ericsson India as an Automation Engineer and with Accenture as an Application Development Senior Analyst. At Accenture, he worked on Natural Language Processing and Natural Language Understanding on domain-based chatbots that acted as personal assistants while traveling and suggested hotels and restaurants. Sumitraj has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Shaikh College of Engineering and Technology, where he graduated in 2013.
