Sundar Rajan is a Workspace and Workforce Ecosystem Developer with over 25 years of experience in startup, IT, and back-office operations. He is the Founder and Chairman of Acelane Skills Pvt Ltd, a Make in India Skill Mission company that focuses on industry-oriented training in technical skills and employability skills for the youth of the country. Sundar's guiding philosophy is to drive students towards role-based specialization aligned to industry needs early in their academic career with hands-on practical training blended with industrial exposure. He is also a Center Management, PMO, Practice Management, Transition Management, IT Governance, Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Modeling, Pre-Sales, HR & Training Management, and ERP Implementation specialist. Sundar's mission is to establish innovative global delivery centers in the ITO/BPO space by developing a successful business model that incorporates the best transformation models and delivery practices in the industry. This model will be cost-effective, repeatable, scalable, and result-oriented and will be built on core values of commitment, consistency, and competency. He specializes in building global delivery centers, providing offshore advisory services to global clients for crafting successful global sourcing programs, establishing CoEs to function as solution centers, creating dynamic leaders in the organization through mentoring & coaching, and championing learning and innovation culture. Sundar has worked with Nestle India as a Finance Officer (ERP Functional Analyst) and has founded Newus Inspire, a startup consulting firm focused on accelerating clients' vision through a comprehensive services portfolio to spearhead their strategy, planning, incubation, and growth aspirations. He has successfully crafted four companies in six domains in two years, thanks to the trust of his customers who gave him a break.
