Sundarrajan Santhanam is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working with Cisco as a Software Engineer, where he is leading a team of developers in Migration Projects. His expertise lies in Application strategy for both Mobile and Desktop/Web platforms, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Analysis, and Pre-Sales activities such as RFP Response, Estimation, and POC Presentations. Prior to his current role, Sundarrajan worked with Mirafra as a Manager - Application software, where he spearheaded the Development & Testing team for the application vertical. He is process-oriented and has a strong focus on quality, risk management, and change management tactics. He is also skilled in stakeholder relationship management and has experience in managing and executing strategic solutions across a wide range of domains. Sundarrajan has a profound knowledge of Software Development and Testing Life Cycle (SDLC, STLC, and Agile Model). Before joining Mirafra, Sundarrajan worked as a Technical Lead at the same company, where he mentored a team of enthusiastic Mobile application developers in various platforms like iOS, Android, Sencha touch, Xamarin, ReactNative, and other platforms. He was also part of various strategizing solutions in iOT and SMAC. Sundarrajan holds a B.E in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Muthukumaran Inst., of Technology/Anna University. He completed his 12th Standard in Computer Science from Town Higher Secondary School, Kumbakonam, and his Secondary School Leaving Certificate in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vallalar Higher Secondary School, Kumbakonam.
