Sunil Chitalkar is an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test with a demonstrated history of working in the computer hardware and software industry. He is skilled in C, C++, Python, OS, debugging, manual and automation testing. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Sunil has a good hold and experience of complete Software Testing life cycle (STLC) and has led testing activities single-handedly from scratch for new projects. Sunil has strong experience of unit, change list-based, regression, functional, integration and system testing. He has also provided C++ training to QA folks and led training activities. Sunil has experience of testing based on developer guidance and automating repeated guidance. He has also worked on computer hardware troubleshooting and testing graphics driver, electronic interlocking, and endpoint security software solution. Currently, Sunil is working at VMware as a Senior Member of Technical Staff - QE Development. He is responsible for automated testing of CBC-Windows Sensor endpoint security and is involved in understanding and maintaining existing test automation infrastructure and framework. He is also working as a test automation lead for developing features in CBC-Windows Sensor and is involved in CBC-Windows Automation Build Monitoring and handling new features test signing. In the past, Sunil has worked at Siemens as a Lead Software Test Specialist - C++ and was responsible for complete testing activities for Simis W Electronic Interlocking. He has also worked at Nvidia as a Software Development Engineer in Test, responsible for automating new graphics driver features and taking care of the Spider Model Test Framework. Sunil holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Government College of Engineering, Amravati. He has also completed HSC- Science from Jai Bhavani Arts and Science College, Gadhi, and SSC from New High school, Georai, with a focus on Mathematics and human science. Sunil's tech stack includes test, software engineer, SDET, Python, QA, infra, Jenkins, and integration.
