Sunil Gupta is a seasoned Engineering Leader with over 16 years of experience in product development, technology transformation, agile transformation, setting up engineering teams, customer engagement, technology budget planning, and a proven record of delivering multiple products. He is proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot framework, and relational databases. Sunil participates in design reviews, requirement reviews, platform API definition, system integration, and application monitoring through various tools like AppD, Splunk. Sunil has extensive experience in leading the development and operation of AWS hosted SAS product portfolios. He has knowledge of MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and various AWS services. Sunil has also led the transformation of teams into Agile models from Waterfall. He has extensive experience in Scrum, SAFE & XP (TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming, Test First Approach, BDD) practices.
