Sunil K. is a seasoned technology services leader with over 23 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, data and analytics, people leadership, organization building, program management, and Agile & DevOps methodologies. He is currently serving as the SVP Delivery & India Head at Enquero, a next-gen software products and services company that engineers digital enterprises. In his current role, Sunil is responsible for service delivery for customers worldwide, growing skill + scale across technology practices, and nurturing Enquero's culture as the best place to work. He has been instrumental in building Enquero's India growth story from zero to 800 people in less than five years, with two offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad and a team working all over India. Sunil has a good balance of client relationships, business development, delivery management, and technology skills, helping Fortune 500 clients become digital enterprises. He has worked with large hi-tech clients and has a good mix of offshore and onsite experience. Sunil is an expert in the global delivery model for IT services and has been a champion of the Zero Distance initiative. Sunil's past experience includes working as a Delivery Manager and Group Project Manager at Infosys, where he was responsible for IT services delivery management, client relationships, business development, people management, and onsite delivery anchor for application development and maintenance portfolio at a global networking leader. He managed defect-free delivery while growing the portfolio from 20M to 40M USD in 2 years. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from UVCE and has completed his schooling from St. Josephs Indian High School. He is skilled in DevOps and has a passion for nurturing an open, inclusive culture where the brightest technologists thrive working on cutting-edge digital technologies.
