Sunil Kumar is an experienced Enterprise Architect with a passion for technology and its impact on the industry. With over 15 years of relevant experience, he is well-versed in building enduring and efficient solutions that address business problems. Sunil believes in the power of leadership and advocates for inculcating leadership qualities in teams, such as ownership, accountability, and responsibility, to create highly motivated and well-performing teams. Sunil has led teams in the past, building a script-less cloud-based test automation tool called Test-Odyssey from the ground up. This experience taught him the value of start-up culture, product development, team motivation, and celebration. Sunil is always striving to improve and grow, both in his professional and personal life. He is an avid runner and enjoys tweaking his training plan to achieve his personal best in marathons. Currently working as a Principal Engineer at ecoenergy insights, Sunil has previously worked as a Country Architect at Home Credit and a Development Lead at Eka Techserv Pvt Ltd. During his time at Eka Techserv, he was involved in all stages of the application, from requirement analysis to development and release. He prepared product wireframes, software requirement specifications, and design documents, mentored a team of developers, and developed Jenkins plugins and chrome and Firefox extensions using Java, JavaScript, and jQuery. He also oversaw product release and deployment using AWS EC2. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from UPTU and completed his secondary education from Delhi Public School and MK DAV P School. He has a diverse tech stack that includes Senior Software Engineer, test, SDET, AWS, Java, Javascript, and Jenkins. Sunil is always eager to learn and grow, and he is open to connecting with others who share his passion for technology and leadership.
