Sunil Soni is an accomplished engineering leader with over a decade of experience in the software industry. He has held various roles and responsibilities, including leading a team, mentoring engineers, serving as a Scrum Master, developing products using GoLang and C++, and building automation frameworks using Python, JavaScript, and C#. Sunil has a diverse skill set that includes programming languages such as GoLang, Python, and C++, as well as scripting languages like NodeJs, Groovy, Perl, HTML, CSS, and JS. He is also proficient in libraries/frameworks such as Django and Selenium, databases like MongoDB and Redis, and tools/platforms like Postman, Fiddler, and GIT. Sunil has extensive experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Kubernetes (k8s), and Docker. Sunil is currently a Senior Member of Technical Staff at colortokens inc., where he is working on XCloud, a SaaS-based platform for discovering, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities and malware in multi-cloud environments. He has owned the design and implementation of a GoLang-based vulnerability scanner on Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms, developed REST-based server-side APIs for the scanner in GoLang using MongoDB for persistence and Redis for caching, and worked on cross-product integration for the vulnerability scanner. Sunil has also worked with other internal teams to integrate the XCloud scanner with other products to support on-prem vulnerability scans. Sunil's past experience includes working at Adobe as a Computer Scientist and Lead Software Engineer. He holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from NIT Warangal and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University.
