Sunil Sunny is a technology enthusiast with over 8 years of experience in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Intelligent Document processing. He has strong hands-on experience in the RPA tool Automation Anywhere (A360) and OCR tools such as Document Understanding and IQ Bot. Currently, he is working as a Senior RPA Process Executive at Firstsource and is an active member of the RPA CoE to design and deliver innovative solutions. Sunil has worked as an Automation Expert for an enterprise-wide implementation of an underwriter organization and has also contributed towards creating common utility and reusable objects across automation projects as part of the RPA-CoE. He has helped train and mentor associates, create and share best practices standards, create code review checklists, and develop reusable solutions for internal competency development and standardization across multiple automation programs within the organization. Sunil has a good understanding of activities and deliverables spanning the entire development cycle of RPA projects, including estimation techniques, defining infrastructure requirements, designing solutions, developing quality code, productivity tuning, and handling support operations. He has also assisted clients across industries in their RPA journey with hands-on experience in evangelizing the RPA concept across business through discovery workshops, process feasibility assessment, opportunity identification, business case preparation, FTE benefit tracking, planning, solution designing, and BoT estimation. Sunil comes with a backdrop of international certifications in automation tools and has received multiple recognitions for delivering value in Automation Service Line. He was honored with the Most Valuable Employee of the Year award for working on a path-breaking solution on Cognitive OCR and RPA. Sunil's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JNTU and Govt Boys High School, Rayadurg. He has also completed his education from JNTU Anantapur.
