Sunitha is an accomplished HR professional with over 7 years of experience in various aspects of HR and Consulting. She is currently working as an HR Manager at Univariety, where she has been responsible for Leadership Hiring, Business Research, Talent Acquisition, Employee Communication & Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Payroll processing, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and Team Management. Sunitha has a passion for building new concepts, systems, and processes from scratch and seeing them through the scale-up stages. In her current role, Sunitha has been instrumental in building a high caliber Leadership hiring team from scratch, along with establishing the SOPs for mid to senior management recruitment across all functions. Sunitha holds an MBA in HR/IT from RBVRR Women's College and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in MSCs from A Shyamala Devi Degree College for Women.
