Sunitha Parik is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with over 12 years of industry experience in technology and general management functions. She is currently working at Microsoft, where she is responsible for talent acquisition strategy and execution for the entire Microsoft Office India business group in Hyderabad. Her product teams include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Skype, O365, Kaizala, analytics, ATP, and ODSP. In addition to this, she is leading the efforts to incubate the newest R&D center for the Office team in Noida, innovating at scale for a user base spanning hundreds of millions of users. Sunitha is an expert in hiring passionately for generic, complex, and hard-to-fill positions in software development, EAI, content management, image processing, computer vision, and ERP. She has also built the Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) team, a new security service that enables enterprise customers to detect, investigate, and respond to advanced threats on their networks via a combination of endpoint behavioral sensors, cloud security analytics, and threat intelligence. Prior to her current role, Sunitha worked at Amazon as a Senior Recruiter for Leadership Hiring and Recruiter for Software Architect Hiring. In these roles, she managed teams varying from 3-8 in size and was responsible for hiring Dev Managers, Senior Dev Managers, Sr Technical program managers, and Sr Product Managers for Amazon, Hyderabad. She also worked as part of the "A-Team" at Amazon, focusing on hiring the most senior engineers for Amazon India. Sunitha has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kakatiya University.
