Sunny D. is a talented and passionate software engineer with a strong background in computer science. He has a diverse range of skills and experiences, having worked on various projects in different technology stacks, from writing C code on TurboC Compiler to building full-stack applications all by himself. Sunny has won prestigious hackathons, contributed to open-source projects, and built social startups. Currently, Sunny works as a Software Engineer - Full Stack at SellerGeni, a SaaS startup that is building an AI growth engine for e-commerce. He handles all things ML at SellerGeni, building real-time forecasting pipelines for Amazon sales projections with dynamic attributes and developing a bidding engine to get products ranked number one on Amazon. He has also worked as a Software Engineer - Full Stack at Fyllo, an agritech startup, where he was responsible for the customer-facing app. Sunny is a Google Summer of Code 2020 student under The R Project for statistical computing. He has also mentored students from around the world at IIT Dharwad Summer of Innovation 2019 edition and Google Code-In 2019 edition. He has built teams and products around them, including Ack-Z, a hacker group mostly made of undergraduates, and Aamba, an open-source community for building AI solutions for people with disabilities. Sunny is a generalist who loves to work with different technology stacks. He has expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, R, C++, Go, React Native (EXPO), MERN Stack, FastAPI, NestJS, MongoDB, SQLite, Supabase, AWS, Azure, Heroku, GitHub CI/CD Actions, Git, Docker, Keras, Tensorflow, and FireStore. Sunny holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from IIIT Nagpur and has completed a Coursera Specialization in Machine Learning from the University of Washington. He is a startup generalist with 0.44 years of relevant experience and is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
