Sunny also anticipates and solves problems and roadblocks, measures performance against goals, and evaluates results. He identifies and mitigates risks, serves as a point of escalation for Digital Studio/media production teams to resolve QuAD and Elm issues, and communicates new processes. Before joining Pearson, Sunny worked as an Associate Project Manager at Northeastern University, where he created two projects for the first-generation identifying students and organized student ambassador community groups for all affinity groups. He also synthesized data from the college of professional studies regarding student demographics and developed a target audience. At Skyhook, Sunny worked as a Project Sales Engineer, where he leveraged Amazon tools to gather data while testing location services with Skyhook’s mobile applications. He proffered pre-sales technical support to the sales team in conjunction with business development teams and executed product training sessions for customers. Sunny also created marketing project activities at trade shows and other events and
