Sunny Sahijwani is an accomplished HR professional with over 8.5 years of experience in Talent Management & Engagement and HR Business Partner space. Currently, she is working as Manager - HR at Tata Communications and is responsible for Talent Management processes at the corporate level. She is also responsible for enabling a culture of Coaching Conversations by managers and managing the Performance Management process without year-end ratings for the entire organization. Sunny has a Master's degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from c-dac. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Sri Venkateswara College and completed her XII from The Frank Anthony Public School. Prior to her current role, Sunny worked as an HR Business Partner at TCS, where she drove Talent Management processes, Leadership profiling, and Succession planning. She also designed and deployed Talent Integration, Management & Engagement initiatives, Communication Plan, and drove Rewards & Recognition across the business unit. She has also worked as a Talent Engagement - HR Generalist at TCS, where she delivered the entire gamut of responsibilities associated with employee life cycle right after induction to their exit from the organization. Sunny has a versatile skill set and is proficient in Search and Integration technologies. She is a proactive HR professional who looks forward to working in varied roles with industry experts in the HR space.
