With over 7 years of relevant experience, Sunny has a strong technology background and has been instrumental in achieving significant cost reductions and revenue/profit improvements through re-engineering, team building, and leadership expertise. As a Co-Founder of tpots, Sunny is responsible for supervising finance and accounts operations and projects in India and across the world. He has also been responsible for complete financial management involving tie-up of bank finance and private equity funds to meet the growth aspirations of the company. Sunny has a strong track record of identifying sources for long term and short term funding and dealing with financial institutions and banks for obtaining funds. Sunny's expertise extends to various areas such as treasury functions, working capital management, supply chain finance, banking operations, dealing with private equity funds, accounting operations, reporting/MIS, direct & indirect taxation, and more. He has also been responsible for creating internal checks & control systems to prevent frauds and manipulations and other misuse of company property and assets. Sunny has a Master of Computer Applications degree from uka tarsadia university (utu) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from bhulabhai vanmalibhai patel institute of business management, computer & information technology. He also has a Commerce degree from presidency school of management and computer sciences. Sunny's technical skills include Flutter, ReactJS, and PHP. He has previously worked as a Full-stack Developer and PHP Developer at tpots. Sunny's strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and effective communication skills make him an efficient team leader & player possessing demonstrable leadership capabilities in managing complex business challenges, maintaining and enhancing customer & partner relationships.
