Sunny Yasser is a professional Software Engineer with a strong engineering ethos. He is currently working as SWE-1 (R&D) at Cadence Design Systems, where he develops products and features for improving user functionality and having a positive business impact. Prior to this, he worked as a Technology Analyst at Citi, where he gained valuable experience in the finance domain. Sunny completed his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), from Delhi Technological University. He has a passion for core computer science concepts, especially toward distributed systems, and machine learning. He is always open to collaborating on new challenges in these domains. Also, he has a keen interest in quantitative finance and mathematical modeling. Sunny's past experience includes working as a Researcher at the Digital System Architecture and Design Group, DCE. There, he was involved in research in the field of computational neuroscience, and its effective implementation on hardware. He was also involved in the designing and hardware implementation of recurrent neural networks and LSTMs. Sunny's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in ECE from Delhi College of Engineering (DTU).
