Supratheesh T. is a Research Associate with a passion for solving public problems and building a career in the development sector. He completed his Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering and worked as a Software Engineer with a leading firm in the domain of automotive electronics. However, realizing his true calling, he pursued a Master's in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. Supratheesh has a relevant experience of 2.77 years, during which he has worked as an Intern with 1m1b (1 million for 1 billion), where he gained exposure to rural financial inclusion, systems thinking, mentoring, and program management. He has also worked as an Associate Software Engineer with Bosch, where he analyzed test requirements, developed test-plans, prepared and executed test-scenarios, test-cases, and defect tracking, communicated with the developer on possible improvements, etc. Currently, Supratheesh is working as a Research Associate with the Academy of Management Studies (AMS), where he is leveraging his expertise in research, program evaluation, and public policy to contribute to the consulting firm's success. His tech stack includes Research Scientist, Software Engineer, and Test. Supratheesh's education history includes a Bachelor's in Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sastra University, and a Master's of Arts (MA) in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University.
