Supriya Ingole is a highly experienced Project Manager and Scrum Master with over 10 years of IT experience. She is currently working at Arshil LLC as a Project Manager, where she uses her leadership skills and expertise to coach developers from end to end. Supriya is a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and also holds a SAFe certification from Scaled Agile. Supriya's development background allows her to see possibilities and opportunities beyond barriers that inhibit analysts. She possesses excellent communication skills and is capable of working both as an individual and as part of a team. Supriya has extensive experience in client communication and team management, having managed a team of 25+ members, including software developers, software testers, DevOps engineers, and UX UI designers. Supriya has previously worked as a Scrum Master at REAN Cloud, where she was responsible for managing scrum teams' performance, conducting backlog grooming meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and team utilization. She also advised on Agile and Scrum best practices to the team and contributed to overall company community building. Supriya has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from STES Pune, and she has completed her Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Smt.
