During her tenure, she played a key role in the launch of the first international Tanishq store in Dubai and spearheaded the company's foray into international ecommerce for Tanishq jewellery and Titan watches. Before Titan, Surabhi worked at Tata Administrative Services (TAS) as Manager, gaining valuable experience in ecommerce, marketing and omnichannel retail. Surabhi holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from DTU. She is also a graduate of N.K. Bagrodia Public School, where she excelled in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science.
