Surabhi Mour is a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft with almost 9 years of relevant experience. She graduated from NIT Surat in 2014 as a Gold Medalist in Computer Engineering. Surabhi is a passionate learner and is always open to working with new technologies and challenging environments. Her current role at Microsoft is that of a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, she worked as a Software Engineer II at Microsoft and as a Senior Software Engineer at Soroco. At Soroco, Surabhi worked on two projects - an intelligent conversational agent platform and a vendor dispute management system. For the intelligent conversational agent platform, she was the lead developer responsible for core algorithm and system design and implementation. She developed the complete core algorithm from scratch along with a novel Concept knowledge graph approach, taking inspiration from various research papers in NLP and ML domains. She also designed and implemented several critical components to maximize accuracy and optimize performance. Surabhi built the first chatbot using the platform for sales agents in the insurance domain. For the vendor dispute management system, she single-handedly developed and deployed an automated vendor dispute processing system for a global e-commerce company. She was responsible for all stages of software development life cycle starting from requirement gathering to production, deployment, and maintenance. Surabhi demonstrated excellence in execution and earned recognition from internal and client management (VPs, Directors). Surabhi's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering from NIT Surat.
