Surabhi Tomar is a software consultant with a passion for writing code and expertise in backend engineering. With almost four years of relevant experience, she has worked on various projects involving big data, relational databases, and automation products management. Surabhi's technical skills include programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, HTML, and CSS, as well as frameworks and libraries like Node.js, Express, React, and Pandas. She also has experience working with databases such as MS SQL, MongoDB, and Spark, and has knowledge of CI/CD, version control, JIRA, microservices, cloud infrastructure, ETL, and REST APIs. Aside from her professional skills, Surabhi is a huge animal welfare supporter and is on the verge of being a full-blown vegan. Her responsibilities include developing chatbots using RASA NLU and deploying them on clients' platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the needs of other developers and act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, and designing test plans while ensuring that Agile methodology is being applied successfully in projects. Before joining Digizura, Surabhi worked for Dell as a Software Engineer 2 in Automation Products Management and for EY as an Advanced Analyst in Robotics Process Automation and Data Analysis Projects Management. In both roles, she was responsible for designing test cases, automating firm-based processes, and bringing cross-functional teams together to achieve common goals.
