Suraj B. Patel is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Centre for Computational Technologies (CCTech), currently part of the SimulationHub development team. With 4.45 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in mechanical engineering, software engineering, and product design. Prior to his current role, Suraj worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Technorithm Engineering Pvt. Ltd. where he was responsible for product design for the Front Bumper, Front Grill, and Center console (exterior and interior trim) for a European Automobile Company. He also managed a project for Plastic Trim design along with a team, which included checking the A surface quality, development of B & C surface, managing Power copies & PODS of locking feature, managing Draft angle and optimum Draft Directions, and drafting of Injection Mould Assembly and BIW Fixture. Suraj also has experience in Automobile Parametric BIW Design with CATIA V5 tool and Injection Mould Assembly Drafting. Suraj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Charotar University of Science and Technology, where he graduated in 2018. With a strong tech stack that includes software engineering and product design, Suraj is well-equipped to contribute to any project in his field.
