Suraj Nanavare is a Software Craftsperson and Software Engineer at Launch Ventures with more than 5 years of relevant experience. He is passionate about problem solving, product development, and launching new products on a large scale. He believes in adding value to the business by asking questions like "What problem are we trying to solve?" rather than "What do we need to develop?". Suraj is a firm believer in keeping things simple and never underestimates the importance of security to avoid sleepless nights. Suraj's specialties include quickly picking up new skills, implementing a new technology stack, TTD, and conducting research. He mostly uses Python and JavaScript and has expertise in Python, Django, React.js, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Selenium, and Node.js. Suraj is motivated to learn new languages, product thinking, system design, automated deployments, and application scaling. At Launch Ventures, Suraj designs and develops applications for clients across different domains. He also deploys and monitors high scale applications in the cloud, ensures product quality and automated testing (TDD) for every developed application, and works with clients and the team to achieve goals in committed time. Suraj has previously worked as a Solution Analyst and Full Stack Developer at Sankey Solutions, where he designed and developed technical solutions for startups to Fortune 50 companies. He also worked as a Technical Coordinator at Information Technology Student Association, where he initiated technical improvement of students and hosted and planned tech events, competitions, etc. Suraj holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering, Karad, and has completed his HSC in Computer Science from Mudhoji Highschool and Jr. College, Phaltan. He has also completed his Secondary education from Vidyaniketan No. 15.
