He is a full stack developer with a deep interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Suralal kickstarted his career as a developer almost six years ago and has been on a never-ending journey of learning since then. He is passionate about information technology and services, and he firmly believes that his passion was driven by guidance from the right people. Suralal's initial plan was to stick with mobile development, but he tapped into his profound potential as a full stack developer in web app development through the learning exposure he gained at NeoITO. He also discovered an interest in business development and management, which combined with his technological expertise to become the vice president of technology. As a technology expert, Suralal enjoys giving back to the community by mentoring the next-gen developers and working on orchestrating and building teams that work with synergy. He is proficient in various programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, ES6, Python, and Java. He is also well-versed in frameworks such as Angular and React, and VM/Cloud/DevOps platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and Digital Ocean. He has expertise in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase. Suralal is currently responsible for the development and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support at NeoITO. He acts as a link between the technology and business team through regular communication and converts prospective customers to clients by showcasing their technical capabilities. He also handles the organization's data processing, network communications, business operations, computer services, and manages system infrastructure. Suralal has worked as a Technology Lead and Senior Software Developer at NeoITO in the past. He has played a vital role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers. He has also been a key contributor to building efficient information technology programs and systems while ensuring clients' satisfaction. Suralal holds a B.tech degree in IT from RVS College of Engineering. He has also completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya. In addition, he and his team have developed a beginner-friendly curriculum for aspiring software developers to learn how to code and have an open-source developer's community called Nullcast, where they learn, share, and grow together.
