Surbhi Gupta is a highly skilled Software Engineer with 7.78 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. Currently working as an SDE-2 at Microsoft, Surbhi has contributed significantly to the development of Azure Functions V4 release. Her expertise in C#.NET, Azure, Azure Functions, and Azure App Service has been instrumental in improving the performance and reliability of the platform. Surbhi has previously worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer II, where she was responsible for designing and developing Azure PaaS supply chain platform from scratch hosted on Kubernetes. Her experience in Kubernetes, Control plane, PaaS, API Design, AI, ML, Azure Databricks, Event Grid, AKS, Docker, Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Maps, CosmosDB, Geneva, Jarvis, and Azure DevOps has helped her in designing and implementing APIs on control-plane and data-plane, DNS routing of the entire service, extensibility for 1st and 3rd party Applications, and integration of the platform with AI/ML solutions like demand forecasting, inventory placement, and route optimization. Prior to that, Surbhi worked as a Software Engineer I at Microsoft, where she developed ML models to early detect eye diseases and cardiac diseases. Her proficiency in Python, Flask, Azure, Azure App Service, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, CNTK, Open CV, Image Processing, Bing Cognitive Services, and Computer Vision has helped her in continuously improving, retraining, and testing models using datasets/images from top hospitals taken from multiple devices.
