Surbhi Hemdan is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience in Front-End/UI and Agile and Kanban Methodology, and Scrum Team Management. She is currently working at JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Software Engineer. As a Front-End Developer, Surbhi has been instrumental in delivering successful projects by resolving business challenges through React (Self Learning), AngularJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JQuery for site development and customization. She possesses sophisticated software development & engineering skills with a genuine enthusiasm for agile methodology which involves scope definition, requirement analysis, task prioritization, and cross-functionality. Surbhi has also demonstrated her expertise as an energetic and driven Scrum Master during critical times in the Projects. She has achieved excellence in Client Delivery from legacy process to agile way of delivery for various Projects. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Surbhi worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Amadeus and Accenture. She followed the Kanban Methodology and worked as a ServiceNow Developer for various Client Requirements using the ServiceNow Tool. She was responsible for handling HR Case Management in addition to Knowledge Base and Workday Integration. She extensively worked on various modules which were part of the following inbuilt applications: Localization, Content Management, Email Notifications, Update Sets, Import Sets, Reports, Security, etc. She also possesses basic knowledge of Content Management ServiceNow (CMS), which she applied to solve UI issues using her concepts of Javascript, Bootstrap, and Angular JS. Surbhi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Panjab University, where she graduated in 2014.
