Surbhi K. is a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer with over 9 years of experience in Test Management, Test Automation, and Agile transformation. She is an ISTQB certified professional with a strong background in Finance, Banking, and Market Research industries where she performed Context-driven testing. Surbhi has worked with various international teams in different roles, which has enabled her to understand the merit and challenges of each role, adapt accordingly, and perform effectively. She is currently working at Frontiers as a Senior Quality Engineer, where she is responsible for ensuring the quality of the product and implementing end-to-end testing activities. Prior to her current role, Surbhi worked at Elsevier as a Senior Quality Engineer, where she worked in cross-functional teams to embed quality in processes, introduced shift-left test approaches in different squads, and evaluated and mitigated various risks associated with the business environment and project delivery. She also defined and executed non-functional tests, including API, load, and performance testing. Surbhi also worked at GFK as a QA Engineer, where she was part of a Scrum team in Market Insights, working on prescriptive data analytics. She worked closely with the Product Owner in defining acceptance criteria, aligned with the team in three amigos, defined business value-driven scenarios in Gherkin language, and collaborated with business stakeholders in PI Planning.
